Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan

Much comfortable, very clean, staff perfect. The room was spotless on arrival, bed was incredibly comfortable and the housekeeping team was prompt and friendly throughout. The pool area is a highlight — well maintained, warm, and great for both adults and kids. Would return without hesitation.

Stayed here for a week on business near ADNEC. The location is unbeatable for exhibition visitors — 5 minutes by car. Rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the Executive Lounge was a great perk. Staff at the front desk were professional and accommodating with my early check-in request. Breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Great base for a family trip to Yas Island. Ferrari World was only 20 minutes away. The kids loved the pool and the children’s gaming area kept them occupied in the evenings. Breakfast was fantastic — easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in Abu Dhabi. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely city view. Will definitely return.

The room was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful city view. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. The spa was excellent — we booked a couples massage and it was very reasonably priced. Waves Bar in the evening had a great vibe with shisha and cocktails by the pool. A genuinely enjoyable stay from start to finish.

Milan from Housekeeping was an absolute superstar during my stay. Polite, respectful, always on time, incredibly patient, and he promptly helped me with every request. He made sure everything was kept clean and tidy throughout. It’s rare to receive this level of personal attention — a huge credit to the Novotel Al Bustan team.

Stayed for a 3-day conference hosted at the hotel’s ballroom. The event facilities are impressive — spacious, well-equipped, and the banquet staff were highly professional. The guest rooms are modern and quiet. Check-in was slightly slow for our group, but once settled everything ran perfectly. Good gym and the Mellow Café is a lovely touch for morning coffees.

Good experience overall. 20 minutes from the airport with a reliable shuttle service. Multi-cuisine restaurant, city taxis always available outside, and the hotel staff are genuinely supportive. Pool access is easy and the fitness centre has up-to-date equipment. A solid, reliable 4-star option in Abu Dhabi with no nasty surprises.

We booked a room specifically for the spa and pool day. The sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi were all in excellent condition. The massage was one of the best I’ve had — really professional therapists. Waves Bar in the evening with shisha and sunset views over the city was the perfect way to end the day. Couldn’t recommend more.

Stayed here for two weeks for work. The room was very clean and the hotel ran efficiently. The breakfast buffet at NEA is outstanding — a different Arabian Culinary Night theme every Friday was a highlight. My only feedback is that some bathroom fixtures felt slightly dated. That said, the staff made up for it entirely — always helpful, always smiling.

Came with a group of friends for a long weekend. The hotel is very accessible — taxis always waiting outside and only 5 minutes from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The Waves Bar is a fantastic evening spot — great cocktails, shisha, lively music. The place was very clean and tidy throughout. Staff were really supportive with every request. Highly recommend for a girls trip to Abu Dhabi!
